Jason is a self-taught, conceptual illustrator based out of Los Angeles. His series “Beauty Without Decay”, explores both the female form and the female psych from many perspectives. Influenced by diverse inspirations, from fashion to psychology, the artworks in Jason’s series spark new creative thought and invite universal interpretation. By creating a contrast between black and neon colors, Jason draws the viewer into the artwork by subtlety guiding their attention towards the eyes of the women in his portraits. To achieve an even greater connection, Jason encourages viewers to search for their own meaning and symbolism within each piece. Jason says his personal inspiration to create stems from spirit, psychology, consciousness, personal experiences, fashion, symbolism, metaphors, the female form and much more. Such creative diversity gives life to Jason’s unique style, which like his series implies, will continue uninterrupted, yet always evolving.
