Kris Tate is an illustrator and graphic designer originally from Guatemala and currently based out of the UK. Heavily inspired by the Guatemalan culture, Kris began creating art from a young age and later completed her studies in the field of graphic design. Kris’ artwork is easily distinguished from that of other artists as she has created a style all of her own; bright colors and abstract shapes decorate each of her creations, most of which are centered around an animal. Her inspiration comes from a variety of sources, including pictures of her life, her personal history, human emotions, and most importantly, animals. Kris’ unique artwork has been sought by many brands from around the world, including Urban Outfitters, Modernnaked, and Deny Designs.
