Can you tell me more about the Edition Options I can select when I make my products for sale?

Limited Edition - Exclusive: This option allows you to sell a limited number of art prints for each format size available. What’s best? Limited Edition prints sell at a higher price to ensure greater revenue for the artist.

Open Edition - Exclusive: This option allows you to sell an unlimited number of art prints exclusively on Curioos. What’s best? You earn a higher percentage than Non-Exclusive sales with no maximum production restrictions.

Open Edition - Non-Exclusive: This option allows you to sell an unlimited number of prints on Curioos as well as anywhere else you’d like.

Note that our customers value the exclusivity and rarity of the products they buy. Plus, when you sell limited editions you have the possibility to increase the price of the very last prints to be sold in the series, so you can earn even more from your sales.

Will I be able to sell an artwork with different Edition Options for each product?

Yes, you customize the sales for each product you add to your Art Shop. For example, you can sell the same artwork in Open Non-Exclusive Editions on Canvas Prints and in Limited Editions on Aluminum Prints.

If I sell products on Curioos, will I remain the owner of my artwork?

Yes, no matter how you choose to sell your products you’ll remain the owner of your artwork. Also, even if you choose to sell your artwork in exclusive or limited editions on Curioos wall art products, you’ll still hold the right to sell the same artwork on other kinds of products such as apparel or tech accessories on other websites.

How do I get paid? How often?

Your royalties are transferred to your Paypal account every month, with absolutely no fees to pay on your end. If you live in a country where PayPal isn’t available, you’ll be able to contact us for an alternative solution.

Does Curioos offer any tools to help me promote my products?

Yes, once you open your Art Shop you’ll have your very own Sharing Center. From here you’ll share your products via multiple social channels just seconds after they go on sale or whenever you’d like!

How? The Sharing Center generates realistic mockups (product close-ups & in situs) and custom links tailored for Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest, Email.... Sharing your products is as easy as a couple clicks of a mouse!

Following the creation of your Art Shop, you’ll also be added to our Custom Ads newsletter. Then you’ll receive custom visuals that you can use to promote your products during our promotions and collection features.

What’s the difference between Limited, Exclusive and Numbered editions?

Our artists choose how they’d like to sell their artwork on each product by selection an Edition Option. No matter the edition, all art prints are manually numbered, signed, and shipped with a certificate of authenticity.

Limited Edition: This mean that the artist has chosen to sell the product exclusively on Curioos and nowhere else. Only a limited number of prints will be sold. Once the designated number of prints sells out, the sale remains closed forever to protect the value and rarity of the Limited Edition sale to you, the art collector.

Exclusive Edition: This mean that the artist has chosen to sell the product exclusively on Curioos and nowhere else. Unlike Limited Editions, there is no limit to the number of prints sold.

Numbered Edition: This mean that the artist has chosen to sell the product non-exclusively on Curioos, with no limit to the number of prints sold.

How do artists sign their art prints?

Curioos represents artists from 90+ countries around the world, so to sign their artworks we ask them send us a digital copy of their real signature to print on every product sold. It’s the best way for artists to sign their works without traveling around the globe to do so!

Where are your art prints produced?

All Fine Art Products are currently produced in the USA.

Why the Curioos stamp on fine art paper prints?

The Curioos stamp is a discrete embossing of our logo in the matting of each Fine Art Paper print that we sell. It certifies that the print is an authentic production from Curioos.

Why a certificate of authenticity?

As another measure of certifying authenticity, Curioos sends a certificate with every Fine Art Product that we sell. Each certificate contains the artist’s artist signature, an identification number, and the edition number of the Limited, Exclusive, or Open edition series in which the Fine Art Product is sold.

Is there a way to visualize artworks on my walls before I buy?

Glad you asked! We do have an application for both Android and iOS that lets you see how our artists’ works look on your walls, before you buy!

Coupled with our high standards of digital art curation, it will allow you to visualize artworks in augmented reality, at scale, with HD views from every angle, ultimately providing you with a gallery-quality vision of the art. It will help you determine which print visual, material and size is best for your wall space, whether at home or the workplace. Art decoration has never been that simple!

To try it out:

  1. Go to Curioos.com on your laptop/desktop
  2. Click the "Preview" button on a product page
  3. Follow the instructions & view it on the app
  4. Share pics with your friends, get feedback!

Any recommendations to conserve the quality of my artwork?

The good news is that Curioos products outlast many of our competitors. However, it’s always best to keep your artwork out of direct sunlight and in a place that’s not too hot or humid. Framing is always a good option to protect Fine Art Paper prints from dust, water damage, and tears.

I’d like to order an art print but in a size larger than the largest for sale. Is this possible?

All of the available format sizes are listed with each artwork. We produce prints up to the largest format size possible depending on the size of our artists’ HD files.

I love an artwork so much that I’d like to purchase the HD file. Can I?

While we understand how you’d like to have our artists’ great works in downloadable form, unfortunately this is not possible at this time.
