      About this Artwork

Born in captivity with no concept of freedom and without the desire to be released from imprisonment. The cage is your world and inside the prison is the only life that you know. You've felt safe and secure, protected inside this womb of bars. The 'crazy ones', as you called them, talked about liberation and how the cage is deceptive. We're not free, they cried, there's a better life outside of this prison cell. They dreamed about escaping; being free to fly away.
