      About this Artwork

Summer has gone and autumn is here. The rust colored dried leaves on the sidewalk had the dejected look of someone who once saw those good days but now the time has come to say good bye. As my heavy walking shoes scattered and crushed them underneath I could almost feel those bright sunny days gone by when all around there would be birds singing in the trees, young lovers hand in hand walking by and the children playing on the green grass. But all isn’t so black. Christmas and the festivities are there to look forward to.
