About this Artwork
3 Pies Checkerboard- CMYKbg. The 3 Pies series started off as a series of drawings considered for a cookbook project. That project took on a life of it's own and evolved into an interest in food art. It is an interesting topic to me because there are certain foods we are always fascinated with: Pies, Cakes and Donuts. Even if we don't eat them, we like to look at them, and think about eating them.
