BLACK SABBATH is the colour of soul of the Heavy Metal. It`s Black. It`s mistery. It`s the result of the bonds of Tony Iommi`s innovative spirit (yellow) , Geezer Butler`s passion and aggressiveness (red) and Ozzy Osbourne`s profoundness (blue). In the illustration, God is the Machine who spread the colours. The body is the world, the music and the man, but it is also a container where the colours are mixed so as to get black. The hell is under because it is “what it might not be seen”. Home for the Devil to scare believers , and it is also the home of great musicians. The empty container in the machine symbolize the old formation of the band and the importance that they have in order to get black colour. Besides, it`s a tribute to the giant Ronnie James Dio.
