I prefer my painting to be a development of ideas rather than static images. I often use different styles or unusual color combinations to achieve this. The life that goes on around me, the places I’ve been, or the times I’ve lived through are reflected in my paintings. My time in Denmark was very special to me. My work has always helped me refine self awareness, and provided an outlet for expression. I created Scandinavian Waves on a stormy day. The strong wind blew the tidal water into all directions.
