White-tailed deer- are found in Southern Canada and most of the United States. Adult weight ranges from 110-150 lbs. Feed on grass, twigs, apples,buds,acorns, and a wide variety of hardwood trees and leaves from conifer trees such as white pine and hemlock.
Taken in my front yard, Monroe, Connecticut, USA.
