'The Crystal Ship' takes us on the journey between one dream and the next. Never before seen colors merge together to awaken our senses, and deliver our souls into a fascinating ocean of emotion and wonder. This is a digitally enhanced copy of one of my abstract acrylic pours. By creating my paintings with traditional mediums, I'm able to really connect with and feel what I'm doing. It's a dance between myself and the paints. I pour my soul into every stroke and wash of color. In a way, just as the finished piece takes the viewer on a journey, I am taken on one during the creation process. Offering my creations here allows me to add another destination to that journey. Sometimes I do exact copies of the original. Other times, like on this one, I'm able to toss in a little extra magic that will make it slightly different.
