IT's Pennywise was probably one of the scariest villains in horror movies. "Do you want a ballon, Georgi, they float, they all float..." This still gives me the creeps. The movie was a bit cheap to be honest, but still, every scene with Tim Curry impersonating the evil bastard was awesome.
