Eu sou artista, vivo da minha arte e também preciso comer. Confesso que preciso valorizar mais o meu trabalho, afinal sem ele não pago minhas contas, não como e não vivo. É muito fácil falar que precisamos comer comidas variadas frutas, legumes, arroz, feijão e carne. A vida real é diferente, muitas vezes precisamos escolher entre um destes. Não importa se você vai escolher entre a comida mais saudável, mais industrializada, mas cara ou entre a mais barata. Rico ou pobre, vegano ou carnívoro você precisa comer.
