Double Exposure

Double Exposure

Dan Mountford is a multidisciplinary freelance designer & graphic design student based out of Brighton, UK. He brings surreal worlds to life using a photography technique that only few have mastered, double exposure. Using shots from his film camera, Dan combines two negatives from two different images together to create a third and final image. He then finishes each piece in Photoshop, minimally retouching the images to extenuate the colors. Dan’s double exposures awaken the imagination of every viewer through the poetry, wonder, and adventure that each artwork evokes. A true reflection of his passion for photography, as well as his unique creative spirit, Dan’s artworks have attracted the attention of clients from around the world, including Urban Outfitters, EMI records, and the Economist, as well as recognition from many art sites and magazines. Dan’s artworks have been featured throughout England, as well as in a solo exposition in Paris, inspiring creatives and art enthusiasts on an international level.
