By day Nadiia Cherkasova works as an architect in Dnipropetrovsk, Ukraine. In her free time she creates portraits inspired by feminine beauty, childhood innocence, and personal emotions. An art student since childhood, Nadiia has learned to use her own feelings as creation tools, bringing to life the music and reflections that she has in mind as she illustrates each piece. The combination of soft lines and pastel colors gives Nadiia’s artworks a warm, gentle feel. The powerful facial features of each woman and child then add a touch of wonder and passion to each piece. Balance within each illustration is therefore achieved, the poetry from which lives on to serve as inspiration for the next creation.
