About this Artwork
In my dream the moon came to see me
The year 2020 had been totally different from the other years. But the most of all these differences there was this sanitary crisis more commonly known to us as the Covid-19 crisis and which is still troubling us. So, it does not seem to surprise anyone if the summer vacations for that year began on a rather dull note with the only good point being that a person was finally able to get away from a seemingly lifeless and deserted city for the green and fresh countryside. The rules for the general confinement in vigour at that time were that everyone had to stay at home and social mixing between the public was strictly forbidden. Now all that we can do is to wait for those miraculous vaccines that will bring some kind orderliness to this madness. The result of it all was that all of us began to dream of a time when life would once again return to what we considered as normal before the epidemic Covid-19. Since I too am no exception that night, I dreamt that the moon came to tell me that soon all would be well.
