About this Artwork
In the beginning, everything was a cloud of gas, chaos and darkness. After eons of effort, the first drop of water was created by a deity named Jiang Ku, he had been summoned after centuries of lying in a deep slumber. One day a monk named Shui travelled to the top of the tallest mountain in the land, it was an ardous journey just to get their but once he did he prayed. He prayed for what seemed like a thousand year's until one day... The wind's changed, a mass of shapeshifting cloud's barrelled upwards from the mist below carrying all hell fire and destruction with it, when the mist subsided Jiang Ku formed into being in the raging storm as Shui looked on. Jiang Ku came into view appearing as a perfectly sculpted being, adorned in age old armour and cloth won through various battles with demons and cursed warriors. Jiang Ku had been awoken.
