      About this Artwork

Many years ago this place was photographed in the rice fields without houses and going on constructions. I always took a walk there to enjoy wilderness and cultivations. The rice is just taken and left grass is supposed to stand for a month and rest. After it is cut and burnt. The rests of it are mixed with the soil and left under water to give the field more breathing, thus air and water could penetrate and nourish the soil. Only after that the new little plants are put into the soil. On the background you can always see the clouds. They seem to be small in comparison with palms, but in reality they are huge and breathtaking.
