About this Artwork
A time travel machine, modeled after a telephone booth and inspired by an English TV series, set against a backdrop of Vincent van Gogh's "The Starry Night". This artwork is a delightful fusion of geek culture and post-impressionist art, making it a perfect addition for those who appreciate both.
Tobe Fonseca
Brazil
Tobe is a Brazilian artist who works at his own studio in São Francisco de Paula. His career as an artist began upon realizing that his former job in advertising wasn't making him happy. He has always liked drawing, so when a friend showed him some websites like Camiseteria.com and Threadless.com, he decided to start sending in some designs. It was when his “Panda design” was approved that he dropped the job at the advertising agency and started to work solely as a freelance illustrator. It wasn’t long before his prints became featured on other websites as well. Nowadays, designing tees is Tobe’s passion and what he does for a living.
