    About this Artwork

    Depicting how the native heritage lost everything to racism, murder, and greed, by many avenues of governments became very important to me. Finding out my family founded the Michel Band and what the Canadian Government did to them is now my inspiration and mission to bring awareness to. The faith in God, the Creator and Mother Earth our culture lives by is resilient.
