The use of the Kramer Pacer Vintage gives this piece a distinctly 1980's feel, while the bright orange splashes convey the notion that music is fluid and free. Being free and being able to express yourself without fear of judgement is very much in the spirit of the 1980's and that feeling of freedom is what I wanted to invoke in people viewing this artwork.
