Angry sea hurls back the plastic debris These days one very often sees that there is an item in the news on about how human activity has been responsible for the acceleration in the approaching climate change and the dangers we incur from the rising global temperatures. One of the principal agents on the accusatory panel is the non deterioration of the plastic waste from various commercial products that one sees carelessly strewn around everywhere, be it the dispersion on the streets or the empty plastic packs and bottles scattered around the countryside. In the very waters of our rivers and on the beaches washed up by the tide. You also hear about the micro plastic continent floating in the ocean creating a danger for the marine life. Hence the inspiration for this new artwork has been the pressing need to highlight this serious problem and the importance of taking the necessary steps to tackle this catastrophe that is looming right under our noses. For this I chose an approach that has a realistic conception hoping to draw the spotlight on this ecological disaster.
