      About this Artwork

The illustration depicts a cup of steaming hot coffee, its foam forming the shape of a skull, as if to warn of danger ahead. The ominous image is accompanied by the phrase "Coffee Because Murder is Wrong", adding a tongue-in-cheek and darkly humorous twist to the traditional image of coffee as a morning pick-me-up. This illustration is a perfect gift for coffee lovers who appreciate bold and unusual imagery, and have a taste for the gothic and macabre.

      Brazil

Tobe is a Brazilian artist who works at his own studio in São Francisco de Paula. His career as an artist began upon realizing that his former job in advertising wasn't making him happy. He has always liked drawing, so when a friend showed him some websites like Camiseteria.com and Threadless.com, he decided to start sending in some designs. It was when his “Panda design” was approved that he dropped the job at the advertising agency and started to work solely as a freelance illustrator. It wasn’t long before his prints became featured on other websites as well. Nowadays, designing tees is Tobe’s passion and what he does for a living.
