É muito fácil falar que precisamos comer comidas variadas frutas, legumes, arroz, feijão e carne. A vida real é diferente, muitas vezes precisamos escolher entre um destes. Não importa se você vai escolher entre a comida mais saudável, mais industrializada, mas cara ou entre a mais barata. Rico ou pobre, vegano ou carnívoro você precisa comer.
