Eu sou artista, vivo da minha arte e também preciso comer. Confesso que preciso valorizar mais o meu trabalho, afinal sem ele não pago minhas contas, não como e não vivo. É muito fácil falar que precisamos comer comidas variadas frutas, legumes, arroz, feijão e carne. A vida real é diferente, muitas vezes precisamos escolher entre um destes. Não importa se você vai escolher entre a comida mais saudável, mais industrializada, mas cara ou entre a mais barata. Rico ou pobre, vegano ou carnívoro você precisa comer. How do you bring food to your home? I am an artist, I live from my art and I also need to eat. I confess that I need to value my work more, after all without it I do not pay my bills, I do not eat and I do not live. It is very easy to talk that we need to eat varied foods, fruits, vegetables, rice, beans and meat. Real life is different, we often need to choose between one of these. It does not matter if you will choose between the healthier, more industrialized but expensive food or among the cheapest. Rich or poor, vegan or carnivorous you need to eat.
